I'm back into Second Life around for the first time in 2 weeks.
I've been handling customer inquiries one by one in world.

Unfortunately my outdated computer passed away.
Now I'm waiting for new one to come.
I will reply to your IM and email message via mobile phone as much as possible though, it will take about 8 days (will be Sep. 11th) to come back into Second Life.
